We stayed for 5 nights during a heatwave and it was okay. The host has supplied us with a large fan which did the job in the living room but another one was needed upstairs as well. We ended up buying another small fan to try and cool the upstairs bedroom. Considering it was very hot, we kept the shades drawn the entire day which helped massively. The flat has a very good layout and is spacious for a one bedroom flat. However, it needs a bit of TLC as the signs of wear and tear were noticeable from the squeakiness of the bathtub, to the coffee table which was very wobbly. Host was very responsive and we felt the issue of a strong odour in the upstairs bedroom was remediated. I should add that the flat is well equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery, coffee machines, pots and pans which we appreciated very much. We liked how peaceful the area with good transport links. Within 5 minutes walk there is a great playground for children and a nice park. We enjoyed the stay overall.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The cleanliness was very poor, and it was clear that the property had not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time. There was black mold on the windows in both the bathroom and the bedroom, as well as in the bathroom itself and behind the sink. The bed and sofa were also very uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, it is evident that the property is not well maintained, and we do not recommend this accommodation. The only advantage is the location, which is about a 30-minute walk from Warner Bros. Studios.
