Clean and spacious BnB.

A fantastic find in Reading. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious across three floors, and felt like a proper home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Fiona was a brilliant host, communicating promptly throughout. Excellent value for the size and quality. Would not hesitate to book again

The property was pretty big we had plenty of space. nice and quiet area so no night noise, so the sleep was great comfy beds too which always helps. goes without saying the property was super clean and the host was great.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was really spacious, which made it perfect for relaxing and not feeling cramped at all. Everything was clean and well looked after, and it had a comfortable, welcoming feel throughout. One of the biggest advantages for us was the driveway having a dedicated parking space made things so much easier and stress free. It’s definitely a big plus, especially if you’re travelling by car. Overall, a lovely place to stay. We’d happily return and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient home away from home. Thank you for a great experience.

Very pleasant rental in a good location for visiting Oxford or Windsor. Close to the train station and to London by train. Beautiful parks nearby. Excellent rental for a family looking to explore the South of England if you have a vehicle, and the West of London thanks to the train from Reading. As stated in the listing, the garden is shared; we preferred going out to the parks. We had a great time!
