The home was absolutely disgusting. The carpets were stained and not vacuumed. The hard floors had black marks and our feet stuck with each step. There were moldy dishes in the dishwasher, food debris and crumbs in the fridge and on the kitchen counters, hair in the showers, dirt on the walls and crusty stained areas on the couch blankets and couch pillows. The shower curtain had stains and mold growing on it. I immediately sent photos to the host to report all of these issues and we were called the next day and given a refund of our cleaning fee. After check out, we were not apologized to, but were sent photos of several dirty items, all but one of which we had previously reported, and shockingly, were asked if we had caused the damage. There was no acknowledgment of the previous discussion. We were also sent photos of horribly stained mattress pads, which we had never seen since the sheets were on the beds upon arrival. Seeing we had slept on such filth made me feel ill.

Very accommodating to our contractors working nights nearby, would recommend and we will book again when we have work in the area again, thank you.
