Akvile’s place is conveniently located and professionally managed. The house is slightly smaller than it seems in the photos but was clean and well equipped. That said it was more than enough room for us as a group of 5 with a young baby so would feel spacious for a couple or individual. I found the check in process very thorough, although it did require quite a few different forms and documents to fill in outside of Airbnb. I appreciate the need for this with a professionally managed property though it did feel slightly laborious. The check in and checkout itself was very easy and Akvile was excellent at communicating. The property is in need of a few touch ups. Only small things but collectively they are enough for you to notice them. There are quite a lot of scuff marks on the walls, doors and some of the fittings- these would be simple to touch up and are not a serious issue but felt right to mention. Also the carpet in the entrance hall is fairly marked from use over time.
