Suzann's place is in a good location to access Preston and the surrounding area. All the amenities listed were present and it served as a good base for our family group. The house did feel a little unloved and tired. The lack of curtains in the bedrooms (there were blinds instead) were a drawback. But we appreciated the hot shower.
