A faultless experience from start to finish. My daughter and her friends stayed here while attending Reading Festival, and it was incredibly reassuring to know they had somewhere comfortable, secure and welcoming to return to each night after long days at the festival. Cindy and Shaun were excellent hosts; professional, responsive and completely reliable, with clear communication throughout. The house itself was perfect for the group and would work equally well for families, professionals or friends travelling together. What particularly impressed me was the balance between the professionalism you would expect from a well-run business and the warmth and personal attention of individual hosts. Everything felt organised, straightforward and dependable without ever becoming impersonal. The whole experience was smooth from beginning to end - I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cindy and Shaun or staying at one of their properties again.

We had the most wonderful stay! Christine and Sherina truly outdid themselves and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The place was absolutely lovely, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and had everything we could possibly need. From start to finish, we felt so welcome and well looked after. You can really tell how much thought and care Christine and Sherina put into making their guests feel at home. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return in a heartbeat. Always so very quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed anything. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. Thank you both for making our stay so special. We highly recommend this lovely Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!
