The location of the flat is good, within walking distance from the harbour and city centre. However, our stay at the property was not the relaxing seaside getaway we had planned. The building is very noisy and is located on a busy street. There are two pubs right under the window (walls are very thin and the window does not cut out the street noise at all). In addition to this, there was loud music playing in the flat next to us from check in until 3am and then again the next day until early morning. Even with ear plugs sleeping was difficult. The flat was fairly well cleaned but there was a smell of cigarette smoke indoors. Overall, we felt disappointed and considering the small size of the flat and noise issues, we would have been much better off booking a hotel room in the same area. Finally, it is worth being aware that additional fees are required off-platform to gain access to the property - this should be made clearer in the listing.

great spot and Kayleigh was very helpful, would definitely stay again if down that way.
