Great stay. House had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a great base to explore Ramsgate. Couple of things - a few glasses were a little grubby but we just washed them before using. The back bedroom on the first floor doesn’t have a king bed so the listing needs to be updated. Neither thing caused a problem for our stay! Thank you.

We spent a long weekend here with a group of eight and couldn't have been more pleased. The home is beautifully spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Located just a short 5–7 minute stroll to the beach which made it wonderfully convenient to catch the sunrise and return for a bit more rest. An ideal retreat for larger groups seeking both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended.

Good location for Ramsgate beach, bars and restaurants and it was easy to get the bus to Broadstairs and Margate. Walking to Broadstairs was also lovely! Road a little noisy at night, but it was very hot so we had the windows open the whole time. Good space for our family get away and everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen.

Overall a decent property in a great location, with spacious bedrooms and good proportions. However, the house is not priced appropriately for the standard offered. Key issues: • Oven and trays were filthy on arrival. Only hob knobs were cleaned when I complained. • Basement (needed for freezer and dryer) was dirty and chaotic. • No spare towels or cleaning products. • Broken baby gates with no instructions made stairs unsafe with a toddler. • Bathroom is not fit for purpose. Poor water pressure and small, awkward layout made it hard to use, especially for older guests. • No fitted sheets - bedding slipped off constantly and exposed the mattress. We’ve stayed in many Kent rentals and this fell short. The listing overstates the quality and omits key flaws. With proper attention, it could be improved - but it’s not there yet.
