Other than a minor hiccup at check in, where the check in instructions were not sent on time, the overall experience was good. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious.

Having been let down by an earlier reservation I found Rosie’s place and it was a perfect fit for my requirements. Great location, comfortable, spacious and within easy reach of a few places on my visit list. Communication was excellent and the property was as described, thank you.

Pros : Good central location, loads of beds/bedrooms, fair price, easy to get access, nice kitchen/diner area, driveway can hold two cars. Cons : It's on a main road so a bit noisy in the morning. Curtains are very thin so along with the noise you'll get woken up pretty early with the light coming through. Shower head wouldn't stay up so you had to use one hand to hold it. Few stains on the wall, bathroom mirror was not fastened, upstairs smelt of smoke. All good for a group of friends staying (like we were) or contractors etc, probably wouldn't bring a family here.

The house was amazing, clean, and it felt like home! It matched exactly the description shown on AirBnB, and Rosie was always responsive and helpful. Me and my family will be coming here again.
