I think it’s priced a tad too high for the location but overall not bad. The only thing I would comment on is I had to go and buy toilet roll myself and there was no hand soap. When I’m arriving that late in the day the last thing I want is to go shopping for bits. The bath did have a stain and the toilet door don’t lock.
