The value didn't justify the cost. Cleanliness was superficial fine for photos, but floors were unwashed and dishes quite dirty. Plumbing was awful: toilets wouldn't flush half the time, and had to unclog years of hair buildup just to get the upstairs shower to drain. I filtered for AC due to a heatwave and verified it was listed, but the host swapped it last minute for ineffective fans. The WiFi failed, and kitchen appliances barely worked (broken exhaust fan, fridge freezing food). The layout isn't family-friendly, with steep stairs across three levels. The location is less convenient and safe than described (21-33 min walk to the tube). It's 25 mins to Wembley via an unlit river path. A stadium guard warned us against using it, matching our sightings of litter and vandalized bikes. Downstairs residents were disruptive, smashing items early morning and smoking heavily at night. In my opinion it's not worth the money and I'd look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay here with our family. The house was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great, and we felt at home throughout our stay. A special thank you to Annie, who was always friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we had any questions. Her excellent communication made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families.

Great flat for the price. I do wish it was clear that getting to either Tube station was a 15-20 minute walk.
