We had an incredible Christmas stay! The house was warm, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was the best we’ve ever experienced; they were extremely responsive and resolved a minor radiator issue immediately. We did have some trouble finding the house initially as the street number wasn't visible from the road. Unfortunately, we also noticed a persistent foul odor from the ensuite sink whenever it was used, which led us to use the communal bathroom instead. While we didn't mention it during our short stay, we encourage Toast Stays to look into this for future guests. Overall, we are very satisfied customers and truly appreciated the lovely home and excellent hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and it's easy to get into town by bus or taxi. The kitchen could be better equipped and it would be helpful to have a number on the front door,

No number on property,so a bit hard to find. Beautiful house,close to Durham,close to supermarket, retail parks. Hosts easily contactable ,and quickly sort out any issues.We has a fabulous weekend here,can't wait to come again.
