Property was perfect for our stay. within walking distance to the cathedral and city centre, close to local takeaways and a small shop. Games room in the basement was good fun. Dog friendly.

Went for a weekend away with 8 friends and it was great property. On site free parking which was secluded so cars were secure. Enough activities such as pool table, table tennis, and a large TV (which we used for a Play station) meant that everyone was entertained. The rooms were neatly prepared, bed sheets were soft and clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Enough bathrooms and showers for people to use without waiting - water pressure and temperature was great. And location meant that there was plenty to do, with Bristol a short distance away, Cheltenham not too far away, and some great countryside side that could easily be driven to. The host even sent us discount codes to use at some local restaurants (which we didn’t end up using) but it was great nonetheless. All in all would recommend, and would happily rebook if in the area

we had a fantastic weekend in Rachel's beautiful house, immaculately clean, each room and floor was stunningly decorated. warm and comfortable. Would love to come to stay again.

Great location for the Xmas Market, seven of us stayed and there was plenty of room for us all. The boys loved the table tennis/pool room.

Rachel was very good and communicating. Always willing to offer help if needed. Great house
