Lovely peaceful house, with everything you would need for a short stay! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would come again.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. Even taking into account that it is advertised as a budget option, the overall standard was unacceptable. The bathroom had serious damp problems — the walls in the toilet room were dripping wet, there was visible mould, and we even found a slug inside. This is completely unhygienic. Cleanliness throughout the property was poor; for example, the washing machine contained a load of washing that smelled strongly, suggesting it had been left sitting for a long period of time. Kitchen provisions were wholly inadequate. Although the property is listed as sleeping seven guests, there were only three forks provided, and we were left with a single dirty tea towel. This level of basic supply is not acceptable for a self-catering property. Despite having three double bedrooms and one single room, the lounge only had a two-seater sofa. Visited Port Talbot for the weekend with the family and Dion’s place was really nice….clean and just few minutes walk to Tesco Superstore, few minutes drive to both Margam park and also Aberavon beach. Dion suggested a couple of restaurants and we generally had a lovely time and will gladly visit and stay again

The property was clean and in a great location for exploring the area. I would recommend adding more kitchen amenities, such as extra pots and pans, for convenience.
