March to May 2026. The website stated that a deep clean would be carried out before we moved in - obviously did not happen as kitchen cupboards, surfaces, etc were dirty and greasy. Many maintenance issues throughout our 3-month stay: * washing machine broke down - took well over a week to replace, STILL awaiting compensation for this! * microwave broke - replaced quickly. * shower cuts off occasionally - still awaiting replacement. * plus a few other more minor issues which took around a month to fix. Areas that could be improved - garden areas are drab and lack any attractive quality so cut down some of the bushes and plant some flowers. Floor boards upstairs creak loudly throughout. Merge the kitchen and dinning area together so enough space for larger work surfaces and a dishwasher. The house just needs some tender loving care to be amazing, but it is clear there is both a lack of interest and investment from the owners with the property management company trapped in the middle.

We are working in the area so the house has been fine for our lads to get to and from site.

Good value, fairly clean apart from a few cobwebs in the corners. Responsive hosts. Fairly basic living area and limited crockery, but overall good value.

Although one or two items in the kitchen hadn't been washed up properly and there were a mountain of cigarette butt's in garden, the property was more than adequate for our stay
