Very happy staying here. Was exactly what we wanted, very good location, comfortable and all the things we needed for an enjoyable stay. Will hopefully be able to stay again on our next visit. Thanks.

We really enjoyed the week. The house was renovated with a lot of love and is very beautiful. There is plenty of space, the beds are very comfortable, and everything you need is provided. The location and the view from 2 of the 3 bedrooms are unbeatable, and the first view of the sea in the morning is indescribable. In addition, Port Talbot was also a good base for our excursions. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the parking space at the house, but there was always plenty of parking on the street.

Perfect little place for our motorbike trips to wales. Warm and well laid out

We stayed here for the weekend, we found it easily and got settled quick. The house was cold when we got there as we had to turn the boiler on and heat the house up. It would have been nice to arrive to a warm house . The house needs maintenance and a deep clean, More so upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and clean and bedding was fresh. The area was lovely just a quick walk to the beach and Franco’s for breakfast was good

We would like to thanks Airnbnb and Dion for proactive and responsive to our requirements. Two of the bedrooms have great view of the sea. My daughter loved her room and the beautiful sunset view over the sea. The house is old but its having lots of potential. The property is dog friendly with decent garden space for dog. There were lots of board games and books to read. I could have given 5 stars for the property but its few things which is personal to the every guest. However, 5 stars for Dion as he had actively responded to our queries and visited the property to support with our requirements.

Dioms place had everything we needed for a week working away, it was clean and well presented, will book again if working locally.
