Overall, our experience staying at this unit this time was quite good. We originally had an unexpected situation with our accommodation, but fortunately, the Airbnb support team helped us find this unit and promised to confirm the check-in arrangements immediately. The owner also handled it quickly, allowing us to have a place to stay in a timely manner when we were feeling confused and helpless, and we are very grateful for that. Communication with the host was smooth before and after check-in, and responses were timely. During our stay, we asked if we could check out one hour later, and the host provided us with a payment link, stating that a fee of £25 was required to arrange a late check-out. In the end, we chose not to pay and left the unit at the scheduled time. Although this is part of the owner's operational arrangements, it might have been more considerate to offer some flexibility for travelers who have just experienced an accommodation change. The unit itself is quite well equipped, and the environment is clean and comfortable. Since we checked in late at night, it was really reassuring to be able to enter a fully equipped and well-maintained place to stay. Whether it's for rest or daily needs, most of the amenities can meet your requirements. However, there was a small detail that caught us a bit by surprise: the coffee capsules provided by the owner were not compatible with the coffee maker, so they couldn't be used. For many travelers, being able to easily have a cup of coffee in the morning is a delight, so I hope this can be improved in the future. As for the location, we felt that the area around the unit was likely a public housing residential area. My family members who were traveling with me were a little concerned about the safety of the surrounding area at first, but we didn't encounter any issues during the actual stay, so I personally don't consider this a major drawback. It's just that different guests may have different perceptions of the local environment. We also noticed the high efficiency of the management on the day of check-out, because when we left on time, the cleaner was already waiting outside the door ready to start cleaning, and the handover process was very smooth. Overall, this is a fully equipped unit with smooth communication and immediate accommodation support. It did provide us with a safe place to stay when we needed help the most. If the coffee supplies and check-out arrangements could be more user-friendly, I believe the overall experience would be more ideal.

Walkable to Westend Grocery Store very close by

Very nice property, excellent interior with high quality appliances and everything you need. Garden is well kept and fully enclosed, another plus. Only negative is that the property is located in a ‘tricky’ neighbourhood, such that I wouldn’t be too keen on going out at night. That being said, the property is only 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the West End, and a very pretty walk to get there too!

Host was friendly and fast communication was fast! Location was good 5 min drive from Center! Place was nice and spacious and clean! Would recommend staying! Massive Tesco on main road which was helpful!

Went up for my birthday and couldn’t have picked a better property to stay in. Everything was so clean and felt right at home. Beds were super comfy and the garden is amazing. The house just looks a bit out of place due to the area it’s in but did not make a difference. Neighbours seemed friendly and were not far from town.
