Rough neighborhood but fairly close to train and bus stations. Though I didn't feel comfortable to walk at night, the neighborhood had grown on us a little bit by the end of our 5 day stay. Upon entering the home, there were recycle bins stacked on the front stoop along with the street side garbage cans (which they didn't have much option to change), the mail was piled up around the door as we opened it into the building entry way. 2 full flights and 2 half flights of stairs not mentioned in the ad. Amenities that should have been there, weren't. Such as- no coffee, sugar, laundry washing machine pods. Batteries were dead in bedside night lights and clock. We were uncomfortable in the sheets, they seemed old maybe not washed shrug, we purchased new ones the next morning. The throw blankets were not washed. The shower was broken and a blue plastic shopping bag was tied in place to try to offer some support but it didn't work upon getting wet. And shower was clogged with hair.
