nice place , no problems, and very good location . close to a lot of things

We had a great stay and I especially loved the space heaters so that we didn’t have to crank up the thermostat once it got chilly at night. Also loved the amount of storage space for clothing and toiletries so that we were able to fully unpack our suitcases and not have to worry about anything.

Location is very reasonable to move around Vegas. Stores to obtain food etc very close. Unit is in an older 4 plex with deferred or poor maintenance. LLC stated they will remedy. broken blinds, missing smoke detectors, electrical issues, water damage in master bath. Oh be careful of water bib that sticks out and not recessed easy to bump into. front screen also needs reinforcement. Cleaning is more superficial. I reported so manager can take corrective actions. Once Safety, Repairs Deffered Maintenance and Cleaning is completed we would definitely stay here again.

Listing was accurately described. Host was quickly responsive to messages about laundry. Location was right across from UNLV, close to grocery stores and restaurants; a 15min walk to the strip. Rooms had centralized A/C and portable ones in case you wanted extra cooling. I especially appreciated how it was pet friendly. I recommend this place as an excellent option for those who are on a budget, have pets and don’t mind or prefer smoke-friendly areas.

Great location to the Thomas & Mack Center

2nd time renting from Enterprise LLC l. Their location of the apartment is great. Nice and quiet only 12 mins from the strip .Super clean and has great Wi-Fi
