If you are okay with insects, this place is a good choice. Even though I told them that I was physically disgusted by spiders and insects, they still didn't help me solve this problem. Toast Stay sent someone had a look but did nothing and left. Another problem would be inconvenient public transport. The closest bus stop is 20 minute walk from the place, so I took uber return Durham city centre every day. Lastly, I think the attitude of the consultant is just okay.

Great little place perfect location

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything was. The space was even better than we expected, with plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. It really felt like a home. The hosts were incredible—so welcoming and attentive. I left something during our stay, and they resolved it immediately, showing just how much they care about their guests having the best experience possible. We couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness and quick response. Overall, we had a fantastic time and can’t thank the hosts enough for their hospitality. We truly hope we get the chance to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay!
