my child was up at 2am crying because of how cold the place was. I was met with nothing but rude staff and getting called a liar. drafty windows moldy smell in bathroom. cobwebs on walls and dusty under couches. welcome pack not up to date and most electrics are past there pat test. will not use this company again.
