We really enjoyed our stay in Philippa’s cottage. The dogs had a fenced in garden so they roamed freely in and out of the house while we watched TV. Philippa was kind enough to let our dogs stay at the house while we explored the area. Our two dogs are older and I felt the outside heat would not be good for them. And the checkout process was a surprising breeze! Thank you for that! We also really enjoyed all the beautiful artwork that decorated the home! Thank you again for a lovely stay.

This was such a lovely, peaceful cottage for us all. My dogs settled in really quickly too and loved the dog bed so much we had to buy a similar one! The garden was a treat too despite the weather stopping us from making the most of it. Luckily there where dog walks on the doorstep. Thank you Phillippa for being such an attentive host and sharing your wonderful home with us. We would love to come back!

We stayed here for a few days with friends over the NY period. We enjoyed our stay very much, house was lovely and clean, bed very comfortable (although on the small side), enclosed garden for the dogs. Woodburner was lovely, we used it every day. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals. Very open plan downstairs. The house is very dog friendly, even a spare dog bed! Located in a nice little village with a nice and friendly village pub. We ate here once, it was typical 'pub grub', but all very nice. We visited Wells-next-the-Sea, Snettisham & Hunstanton. Some great walks for the dogs. A great stay.

Beautiful house

Philippa's is cosy cottage in a very quiet neighbourhood. The downstairs is pretty much open plan with a utility and a small shower room off the main living area. Two comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs complete the accommodation. Being a drizzly October break we didn't make use of the well arranged outside space but I imagine that in the summer it would be lovely. The log burner was used each evening and was easy to use. Almost everything we needed for a short break was provided though a small carton of milk to use before getting to the shops would have been useful. Overall a very nice place to stay.
