Always got good response to communication from owner. Slight hiccup when another occupier parked in the car space I had reserved, but that was dealt with fairly quickly. This is a two bedroom flat with one bedroom en-suite plus a bathroom opposite the second bedroom. It is advertised as a single bedroom flat which caused a little confusion to begin with, but the pictures clearly showed more than one bedroom and this was confirmed by the owner.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and had great amenities. It was nicely located on the 2nd floor, and no lift was provided, which helped us stay active and fit—adding to the enjoyment of our stay! There are multiple parking options (paid options) available around the property. The location was right at the city centre, convenient and pleasant. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful. The windows were a little loose and didn’t close completely, but this didn’t affect our overall comfort. We enjoyed our time here with family and friends. The nice sound of seagulls in the morning was a charming natural alarm that added to the experience. Overall, a lovely stay with some charming quirks that made it unique.

Very nice spacious clean flat.

On arrival, we were told the toilet was unusable due to prior guests and maintenance was needed. After driving 7+ hours, we couldn’t check in until later. On entry, no sign of repairs, only one towel despite four guests, broken coffee machine, no hairdryer, and poor ventilation. The next morning, the downstairs neighbour’s ceiling collapsed from water damage. We spent the day dealing with Casa Fresa—over 14 calls—missing plans and having to comfort angry residents. Later, returning to freshen up, we found strangers (a child and her father) in our apartment fixing the toilet. We received unclear updates, no sincere apology, and were later told our promised refund/compensation would be withdrawn as we stayed the second night. Our trip was disrupted entirely.
