Flat is clean and well furnished. Rachel provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing to note is that the beds were smaller than we expected (even for the single beds) so it may not be ideal for older people. Otherwise, everything was as described and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!
