Great place to stay, ran into an issue but this was quickly resolved by Rachel.

Lovely house. Comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Very close to the town

Although the house itself was pretty and Rachel responded quickly there was a myriad of different issues with the accommodation. When we got in there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that ended up persisting throughout our two night stay, the bin was broken, there were marks on the sofa and on the stairs, rubbish was left in the bedroom, there was no body wash which is mentioned as an amenity that is provided and NO HOT WATER. It seems as though no cleaning was done before we arrived and that there’s an issue with the boiler as Rachel “topped up” the hot water but nothing changed. Seeing as these are either things we pay extra for or is a basic necessity when staying somewhere I am deeply disappointed and will not be staying here again.

Rachel was responsive, friendly and helpful. I booked this accommodation for a couple who needed to stay 4 nights with a baby. They advised that the house was clean and tidy and they had all that they needed in terms of staying with their baby. A short walk and you are in the City centre too. There is a corner shop just down the road and slightly further a large Tesco store. I will use this house again for tenants needing alternative accommodation. Thank you.

Had a nice stay in Rachel’s house. Had everything we needed for a short stay, including a high chair for our 1 year old! Welcoming snack basket was a nice touch. A short walk into the Gloucester. Wi-Fi wasn’t amazing but otherwise everything worked well. Thanks Rachel!
