We stayed here as we needed close access to the Principality Stadium. It’s clean and as described. The parking so close to the city centre is a great bonus. It’s a short 15 minute walk into the city centre. Ubers available every 2 minutes and very cheap to/from city centre. Very quiet at night. Functional kitchen. Comfy beds. Comfy sofa. Nice powered shower. Guymon very quick communicator. 10/10 would stay here again.

Our original booking had to be changed at short notice- but we were accomodated in a larger property instead. All of this was really well communicated, but we were slightly disappointed not to be as central as the original booking. Having said that- I would definitely stay in a property hosted by Francis again.

Our little home away from home was just as described and impeccably clean. Our hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the backyard garden was a lovely additional space. The train station was a short walk away- only one stop from City Centre. I look forward to renting from Francis and Guy again on my next visit to Cardiff!

This was a great location to see the sights of Cardiff but staying in a lovely quiet location. The host was extremely helpful. Little touches like cereals, tea, coffee etc made it feel they wqnted you ti have a lovely time. Clear instructions througout the stay. Great place for our family including a toddler. Thank you

Great place to stay near the city. We enjoyed our stay at Francis's place. The place was conveniently located and we were able to quickly pop out to the city when needed.

We had a fantastic stay! It was a last-minute selection, but we were so glad we chose it. Francis was super helpful and guided us very well throughout our stay. 10/10. Definitely recommend.
