Nice and furnished , no problems except with check in as not many of us have used that type of smart lock before but very responsive and helped us out

This home was great! It was a perfect fit for our group of 10, the home was very well kept and clean. We had a minor issue during check in, but Ciaran was very quick to respond and resolve the issue for us! Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very spacious house, easy to get in with the digital keypad and close to Old Trafford which was perfect as the reason for our trip was to watch Manchester United. It was very clean and will definitely be using again if we ever come back.

This 'stunning' place certainly stunned us. The real low was 1st floor shower not draining well and then discovering a water drip coming through the ceiling below onto a guest bed. The maintenance response to this was 'don't use the shower'. A lack of crockery and cutlery for the number of guests was frustrating. The general finish and upkeep of the place was poor with broken skirting, mirrors, coat hooks along with scuffed walls and general grubbyness. One tea towel provided for 8 guests over 4 days, no dishwasher tablets and watered down bathroom soaps. Dishwasher tabs and one extra tea towel were delivered. Overall we had no confidence that something drastic and unsafe could happen at any moment. I would urge anyone to avoid staying here until serious issues have been fixed. What really 'took the biscuit' was the AI responses to the issues we raised.

Airbnb is a big house and clean. Enough tower , cutlery , kitchenware etc for 7 people. Bathroom on every floor is good to many people live in. I will recommend to others IF the following crime was not happened. Burglary crime happened on 2nd night. Although BnB Host can be contacted and arranged another Airbnb to us immediately which is appreciated , our holiday was totally ruined. My family member especially children are scared to sleep at night and I also need to spend time to wait police for investigation, itinerary was completely affected and everyone had bad mood to carry on. In general speaking, Salford area (1st time visit ) is not a safe place due to burglary crime happened on my holiday , I do not think I will choose Airbnb at Salford again. I think if the security at bnb is more secure such as more locks at garden door, back door even front door (increase difficulty to break in) with couple dash cameras to cover hidden area, I guess this crime could be avoide
