Overall a decent property. Spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, warm shower. However decor was a bit shabby - could do with a lick of paint and tidy out of cupboards. Not enough crockery for all of us.

We only stayed for one night as a large group. The house was fairly near where we were going the next day and as there were 10 of us it needed to be quite large. We had to chase for check in details after check in time. The bedrooms were great and everyone slept really well. I do think some bits downstairs needed a bit of a better clean and some work doing. The lounge sofa which looks like it was once a sofa bed falls back if not wedged against the wall, the lounge wall is a little damaged behind where the sofa is propped. Some paintwork in the kitchen needs redoing as it looks a little tatty . The windows are a quite dirty on the outside. Cider can left in garden on table. Just little things but would make a big difference considering upstairs is so great. We had initially booked number 1 but our booking got changed to number 7 in the week before
