Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet expectations. The recently renovated rooms were OK. Unfortunately, the WiFi was defective, and the trash from several previous tenants was still outside the front door. The apartment is located on a busy, very noisy street, and the neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. Newport Stays responded excellently to the complaints and immediately offered us a new place to stay. Communication with Newport Stays was very good.
