was clean and tidy with a lovely outside space. would recomend

The house is very nice, very comfortable, and everything looks fairly new. There are four rooms for guests, but the kitchen is large and well equipped, and there's a second toilet and shower room downstairs, so the place never feels crowded. A cleaner comes every 2-3 days so it's all kept immaculate. Very good internet, and also good insulation/heating. There are no black out curtains, so you might want to pack a sleep mask (I always bring mine). Lisa, the host, is lovely and very quick to reply with very clear instructions about everything, and also very accommodating about anything I needed. The house is in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood, surrounded by green areas, and very close to a tram stop (which is very handy to get around Nottingham). There were only convenience stores nearby and the closest supermarket is about 20-25 min walk, but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the quality and comfort of the place. I 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Nottingham!

My wife and I enjoyed our 8 days stay at the property. The place is super clean, with all the amenities functioning as expected. We wanted to extend our stay by one more week, but it was already booked by someone else and there was no available room. I would recommend this place over and over again. Thank you Lisa.

The room was lovely and just as in the photograph. The bed was very comfortable and there was a handy desk, kettle with milky coffee sachet or ginger tea. Cleanliness seemed good and the neighbourhood was not noisy. The shared bath and toilet in a single room worked OK although might have had to wait. Instructions were really clear, wifi worked. It was all very efficient. I parked on the street. It is just as described and yet, as a single woman, I felt vulnerable in that situation so I won't book an individual room again. It would have been fine with someone else.
