The property was clean and well equipped. The location was convenient for trips to the coast and Broads, though no facilities within walking distance. Instructions (e.g. for WiFi, TV, hot tub and recycling) were inadequate.

As a 3 generation family, we had a lovely stay. Arriving separately, we had chance to 'scope the place out'. Plenty of room for us all, with the added bonus of a travel cot and highchair, which weren't listed, meaning that we could tell our daughter that she didn't need to bring those items. A lovely hot tub that sits 6, plenty of outdoor drying areas, facilities as described (minus a tumble dryer) and private vista all made for a very enjoyable stay. As an older property the door frames are lower than standard, so if you're 6ft+, duck as you move between rooms. Lovely pubs and restaurants in easy 25 minute walk across fields, or 4 minute drive. Beaches and other attractions 10 -30 minutes drive away. Norwich 40 minutes. Would recommend staying here.

Fabulous cottage in a peaceful lane. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and dog friendly. Would recommend.

We enjoyed a few days away in Norfolk and this property was ideally placed for easy access to the coast as well as great restaurants all within 5-10 minute drive. There was an issue with the boiler when we first arrived but communication was excellent and it was fixed for us the next day. One tip when staying here-always make sure you have the key with you when outside or fix the Yale lock to neutral. A gust of wind locked us out but thankfully the neighbours are very friendly and helpful! 🤭
