The bed was comfortable and there were fans which was helpful on a hot day. The exterior of the apartments is really pretty, lovely area with great parking and access to the city centre. However, the toilet was a lot smaller than the picture (we couldn’t fit in one of them) , so was the bedrooms. Sofa was uncomfortable, there were stains on the wall and damp stains by the ceiling window followed by a strange smell. We could also hear footsteps above us, loud footsteps at like 2am it was very creepy. When we messaged the host about this, we were disregarded and they asked for photos (because they didn’t think we had any) then they didn’t say anything anymore. Overall, the place was okay and the location was great but wouldn’t say it’s worth the money as it doesn’t match the pictures :/

Never recommend this place as well as the host! 1. The room is not as their advertised . 2. Bad smell kitchen and toilet. 3. Tiny toilet size that you can't even stand up correctly and unable to brush your teeth due to tiny space. 4. Disturbing noise from the neighbor upstairs as we can loudly hear the people footsteps above our rooms, creaky sound from 10pm - 1am resulting we complain hardly to the host and push to shorten our stay from 6 to 1 night with full refund! Host tried to mitigate the situation but failed to eliminate the noise. 5. Host asked to move latest at 10.30am on next day and agreed to fully refund the rest of the days we have paid, however, surprisingly they charged us another 100% of room fee for cleaner (it was 50% and immediately change to 100%). Host didn't respect to their promise and irresponsible of the failure to deliver the room for us to stay and sleep conveniently. All evidence were recorded and pictures taken. Chat history were clear to read.

Nice place. The property is on one level which was very helpful to us.
