Terrible experience. Rooms are very small. Beds uncomfortable. Slept on floor during our stay. Useless backyard. Kitchen utencils are not clean enough. Wash room was vlogged however, when complaint it was fixed by evening. Expressed our concerns to Natasha and she agreed to compensate by returning some amount n took bank details but untill now nothing. Called couple of times and reminded her but still no response from past 15 days. Finally its a bad experience with family and need to be very carefull before booking air bnb in future.
