Spotlessly clean and very comfortable stay. Great coffee shops nearby too.

It was a great time in Cardiff. We plan to go again there for our next vacation. Joshua was very friendly and easy to communicate and fast responsive. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. We love the stay and very happy

We booked this place super last-minute and everything went really smoothly. Check-in was easy, no issues at all. The location is great — close to the city center but still in a quiet area. The apartment was clean, had a big kitchen, a comfy bed, and overall felt like good value for the price.

Location was perfect and flat was mostly clean, fresh and tidy with ample facilities. Joshua very friendly and responsive to messages, clear instructions etc. Saved our skin with this flat being available as our original booking elsewhere was cancelled at the last minute! Felt flooring could have been cleaner and a few little things in need of repair which we reported (shower head and dining chair broken). The front door lock needs looking at as it was tricky trying to get in. Perfect for a last minute short city break!

House instructions were only automatically sent 2 hours prior, the address was wrong and then took 3 hours to get a response (plus no phone number). There were some minor problems in the bathroom but good value for what we paid. House though met our requirements and the listing information. Good base for Cardiff visiting. Also no free car parking near by as all permit holder daytime.
