We found this place last minute and the owner was super quick and helpful at getting us booked in. The house was spotless and well presented. Tea/coffee/milk/bin bags/loo roll etc was already there which was an added bonus. Freshly decorated, renovated kitchen, comfy beds. Back yard is a little overgrown and bins were full but neither of those things impacted our stay or bothered us. Can be quite loud at night with drunk people walking past and shouting (especially Friday night) - a drunk women actually knocked on the door quite late at night during our stay which was a little frightening at the time. We had a couple of issues on arrival (beeping smoke alarm and tripped electric switch but owner was super helpful and came to sort this within 30 mins of messaging) Overall, a great place to stay and I’d definitely stay again. Owner is great at communicating, responds quickly and even rang during our stay to check everything was ok. Overall a great place to stay.
