was in a nice area but quite far from the city centre when you don’t have you’re own mode of transport. the house was clean and beds were comfy.

This is a company not a single person. They called us at 10pm on our check-in day when we had already arrived and said the boiler was not working so we would need to transfer to a different Airbnb. It was 10pm and they tried to take pre-payment of the new cleaning feebefore giving us a location of the new Airbnb. we didn't get in until midnight. Not good after a long journey. The new Airbnb was not a nice, nothing like the one we booked, it was just a semi-detached house and was far out from the city centre.

Lovely space, plenty of room and comfortable beds. Easy to find and access plus helpful check in pre check instructions. Would stay here again for sure!

We had booked our place almost 2 months in advance. A week before our stay was due, our booking was taken away from us with no explanation. We were offered a downgrade with no compensation which we were forced to take if we still wanted our trip to happen. The new property was in a worse location which meant larger taxi fees and only had 1 bathroom. This bathroom door was coming off its hinges so didn't close. Beds and especially pillows were not comfortable and the given WiFi password was wrong. Thankfully we only had to be in the property at night and in the mornings. Can't recommend.
