Parking was good. Lots of gravel found it easier to use the back gate access. Bedding, towels and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen fridge was missing one side shelf which was difficult for milk etc. Garden needs work. There was a bag of rubbish left in the garden and beer bottles and lots of cigarette buts. We tidied up what we could. Stair carpet smelt of dog so I fabreezed it and cleaned the bannister which was grimy with wet wipes. The rest was very clean. Could not get tv in lounge to work but that could have been us. It was apps only. Had a great time though and would definitely stay again!

Lovely comfy accommodation. Off street parking for 3 or 4 cars. Clean and well presented. Ideally placed for UEA and 5-minute walk to bus stops to get in and out of town. Excellent communications from host. Nothing to fault.

Our stay reflected the price we paid for the house, Peter was a very good host, communication was good. We had everything we needed.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed, location was amazing and right next to a shop.

Easy to find, as described and helpful online guide. Smoke amount of pillows. Responsive hosts as well when had a query which was resolved quickly.
