One of the worst Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The property was cold, unlivable and not as described, with missing essentials, and a broken washing machine,. We contacted the host immediately but were ignored for over three hours, even though he knew the issues couldn’t be resolved. Adding insult to injury, the host still charged a £70 cleaning fee and kept 70% of the booking cost for a one-night stay. This was dishonest, unhelpful and unacceptable. Strongly advise avoiding this property until major improvements are made.

Property was fairly clean and check in straightforward, toiletries and dish soap were provided which was good however there was a musty smell throughout our stay. The property suitable for short stay in my opinion. The property is on busy road and next to cemetery, would be helpful if this was clearly stated. The blinds don’t close properly and leave gaps so people outside can see inside. Parking was not clear therefore had to pay for parking.

great wee place to stay. very helpful host. any issues sorted straight away. will deffo recommend and use next time in the area
