Was great for my work trip :)

Elaine was very friendly and her communications were great. She had noticed a problem with the boiler the day we were turning up and had a gas engineer fixing it as we arrived. This was complicated by a need to replace a gas hob with an electric one as the engineer had noticed a small leak. Elaine paid for us to have a takeaway and had the new hob fitted the next day. The place was immaculate, clean and well furnished. The house was a small quiet road and was perfect for our cycling trips into the Lincolnshire countryside. We are very happy to give Elaine and the house 5 stars.

This is a really comfortable place to stay, warm and welcoming, and incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly need!

I booked this stay For some of our Contractors working locally to Elaine's Property, the Place was exactly as she Described and nothing was too much. Our men were due to arrive on a Sunday evening and Elaine went out of her way to help sort the basics for their arrival due to their arrival time and the shops would be shut. Elaine her self is absolutely lovely, very responsive even when i was asking for an extension at short notice. I would Highly recommend staying in her property. Thank you so much again.

We have stayed here for a few weeks now. The house is great. This is our last week with Elaine and our stay has been fabulous she is a great host.
