My employees stayed at the property as a home away from home for a work trip. Host was helpful and friendly, proactive with responses and very accommodating. The property is great value for money, easy check in, nice & clean. Thanks again, will definitely book again next time we're in the area 😊👍️

we stayed here with some peers of mine for a training we had. The house was super nice and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Very recommended.

Good location Could be a lovely property and has great potential, it just needs a deep clean. Skirting boards, and a lot of surfaces very dusty

Overall property was nice and in a quiet location. Was just disappointed to arrive and see a dirty kitchen, dusty blinds and skirting boards, unfortunately looked like it hadn’t had a good clean in a while meaning I had to do this when I arrived. It’s a shame as the property itself is a good spacious size with ideal location

A lovely home near local amenities. Range of supermarkets nearby. Also walkable pubs with good food. House itself was very comfortable and peaceful. Easy parking for two cars. Loved watching Netflix. Great location for exploring Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. James kept in touch and checked everything went well with our check in.

Stayed for work purposes and could not have been happier. Nice comfortable house with 4 double bedrooms and plenty of private safe parking. Responsive host . Great recommendations for restaurants etc. walking distance to local amenities. Would stay again and decoy recommend
