The house was beautiful and squeaky clean. The kitchen was perfect. This is important as we love to cook and have breakfast together. The dining space was just perfect. All the rooms and bathroom was clean. The house is just 3 mins walk to city road, where you have loads of halal restaurant. To the city centre, it was just 5 mins walk.

Francis was extremely fast to respond and a pleasure to work with. only two issues I had with place is the location. Wasn’t in the best part of town and the photos seem to be old because the lighting looks much worse than the pictures do and everything else looks older than it doesn’t pictures.

Francis and Guy were perfect hosts. Communication was very good and they were so helpful. I would definitely recommend them as hosts and if we are in the area would book again.

Great communication along with property hope to see you again

The accommodation was clean, and cosy but basic. Close to city centre was useful for walking. Only let down was the condition of the exterior parts of the house - messy, weeds everywhere both front and back of property.
