Great stay - have already booked again!

The apartment had potential for a pleasant stay, and some aspects of the location and accommodation were good. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by poor handling of guest concerns. During the stay, I raised safety-related concerns that were not addressed appropriately. The main entrance door remained broken for most of my stay, which was concerning given noticeable issues with homelessness and crime in the area. There was also loud, constant noise because the apartment is next to a street full of pubs, with disturbances continuing through the day and into the early morning hours, especially Thursday to Sunday. After the reservation, I faced baseless allegations and requests for additional payment, including disputed claims and unjustified cleaning-related requests. This created unnecessary stress and made the experience feel unfair and adversarial. I would not feel comfortable staying with this host again.

Great location, walking distance to anywhere in the town. Very new a modern looking apartment with lots of space!

Super clean and spacious place in a great central location. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

loved every bit of it. was easy accessible and it’s extremely close to everywhere. the host assisted and helped me with everything i needed and answered all my questions to make sure i understood everything and was clear in regards to my questions.
