Exactly what I needed for a night out in Nottingham

Was a good stay overall

This stay was unfortunately spoilt by a few circumstances outside the hosts control. During our first night there was a significant roof leak that flooded one of the bedrooms and soaked one of my friend’s clothes. The host did respond and the issue was resolved. There was then a problem with the bathroom door where the lock broke and bolted my wife inside. After an hour of trying to break the door down and contact the host (who explained her reasons for not answering) we had to call the fire brigade who cut the lock. Overall, the trip was ruined by these incidents however I do appreciate that these were not the hosts issues but more to do with the property upkeep.

very easy check in, instructions super clear. communication was great from the host! property was clean and tidy, warm and cosy, spacious lounge for social activities!! slept 6 of us and worth the price we each paid. a few little blips that didn't really bother us that much, but the kitchen tap was broken and was spraying water everywhere lol (we fixed it) , some random expired milk in the fridge and the tv was hard to navigate?? but we had a speaker so, overall pretty happy ❤️

We stayed as a group of 5. Enough room for us. Had a problem with hot water but this was very quickly resolved by the host after a quick message. Really missing a big mirror - only small one in bathroom and with 5 people getting ready this was very hard. Struggled with parking outside and around the property but we managed to get two cars parked. Great location. Clear check in and check out instructions. Everything else great.
