Great place to stay, very convenient for the University and for the Hockey Centre as well as the tram etc.

Really convenient location for a hospital stay. As the listing says, charming. Well renovated, well appointed (though could do with 2 more bowls!), clean and tidy and surprisingly cool in the super hot temperatures. Highly recommended and really helpful and responsive hosts

Our stay at this property in Beeston was okay overall; however, we felt it was slightly overpriced for what was offered. Upon arrival, the garbage bins next to the front door had a very strong smell, which wasn’t a great first impression. It was also noticeable that the property could benefit from some general maintenance. During our stay, there was frequent loud music coming from a neighbouring property. As it was a bank holiday, we didn’t make an issue of it, but there was also quite a bit of shouting and noise from the street late at night. The main bedroom, which faces the front of the house, only has blinds that provide no blackout effect which meant many early mornings. The property also doesn’t provide fans or additional ventilation, so it can become quite warm on hot days. The downstairs area remained noticeably cooler. Overall, the property was adequate for us but we felt the price did not fully reflect the condition, amenities and location.

Great stay, lovely host

Lovely, clean today house with all the facilities you need. Shower was powerful. House was perfect for what we needed it for. It is by a noisy road so for those that are light sleepers like me, sleep in the back bedroom. Beds comfortable. Thank you
