Stayed here while working nearby for an extended period of time. Jim was always very responsive and accommodating. Instructions were very clear and if I had a question he always answered quickly. I came during a very hot time and Jim was able to contact the owner to bring me some fans to help with the heat. Looks just like the photos, the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The entire area and apartment were quiet and lovely.

Had a lovely stay here. The house was very cosy, clean, and felt brand new. Everything was well organised and the lockbox was easy to find, which made check-in really smooth. The parking space was also very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, would definitely recommend and happily stay again.

Booked for my parents as temporary accommodation. The flat had everything they needed and ideal location in Eastleigh. Jim was flexible with timings which helped a lot.

We had a great experience at this AirBnB - it was clean, very well equipped with good quality kitchen items, nice and warm (the heating was easy to control) and quiet overnight. Both the sofa and the beds were really comfortable. The location was handy for both the train station and the town centre. Clear check-in information was sent out - all very straightforward once you had arrived in the car park behind the building. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you very much.
