The place was unclean and the mattress had hair on it and appeared to be having mould growing on it. They also tried to lie and claim I didn’t leave the keys on a lockbox once I had my stay refunded. I then emailed Airbnb support over a video of me putting the keys in the box and leaving. The next morning they then tried to charge me a £30 cleaning fee for taking the bedding off the mattresses which was specifically done to collect evidence of the unclean condition the property was kept it. The mattress had what looked to be black mould growing on it along with other stains and body hairs all over it which I did take pictures of and send to Airbnb hence the full refund. My best advice would be to avoid any of her properties.
