Was the perfect location for us as we were visiting family for a few weeks. Great bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Property was modern and Eva’s communication throughout was great.

The apartment is a lovely space, close to everything you need in Cardiff bay

This stay was unacceptable and unsafe,especially as the host knew an 8-month old infant would be staying in December.There was no usable heating.The only heater provided was a portable unit with no legs, unstable and inappropriate for winter. It was fitted with a school lock set internally,meaning we had no access to the radiator at all, leaving the property cold and unsuitable for a baby.The bathroom door lock did not work,the shower leaked, and the electrics were questionable,appliances like the fridge repeatedly needed switching on and off to work.Bedding was unacceptable,a stained duvet with no cover, and the sofa bed was itchy and uncomfortable.Toiletries were provided but only tiny miniatures, insufficient for a family staying two nights.Due to the cold and safety concerns for our child, we left early and drove home on Christmas Day, completely ruining our Christmas plans.We did not stay the second night.The host’s only response was sorry the accommodation didn’t meet your needs.

Our stay at this property in Cardiff was generally adequate. The location was convenient, and logistically, the accommodation was perfectly functional and ultimately served its purpose for the duration of our trip. ​It is worth noting that the current condition of the property differs somewhat from the listing photos, which appear to reflect an older state. The interiors feel more dated in person than they appear online, and we feel that a few minor updates and modernizations would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and better align expectations with reality. ​While the accommodation met our basic needs, it is clear that refreshing the decor and amenities would be beneficial to bring the property up to the standard suggested by the images. ​Overall: A functional base for exploring Cardiff.

Eva was very helpful when it came to accommodating our stay. Very clear instructions with regards to check in and household rules. The location is perfect for anyone looking to explore downtown Cardiff.
