So, the house itself is great, but the shower on the second floor was no good, and only the shower downstairs heated up. There's no intercom, so it was horrible for delivery people to make deliveries. There's a reception desk that doesn't take your packages, and that's about it. There's not much security because it's on the ground floor, and anyone can get in by jumping the fence!

Thanks to the landlord‘s assistance, he gave us a good impression when we first came to Manchester to settle down. He answered many of my questions and responded to my questions quickly. The room is tenths large, the room is very warm, and it is very convenient to go to the supermarket, and it is only a 30-minute walk to the city centre.

Managed to book this apartment last minute as our other one got cancelled. Lovely apartment, spacious, clean and in a great location. 10 minutes walk to factory international which is where our event was at. The beds were super comfy best night sleep we’ve had in ages!! Calum the host was very helpful and responsive and made sure our stay was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend, great value for money and will be using the host to book other apartments in the future. 10/10

My mum & I were let down by a separate Airbnb & Callum got us out of a horrible situation. His communication was great & on arrival the beds were comfy & cosy. However, the property did not look like the photos. It lacks soft furnishings to make it more homely. I’m not sure if we weren’t the usual people who stay there? It was in need of a good clean. The bathroom had mould all around the bathtub/shower. The kitchen had hardly any utensils & what was there was dirty. One of the side plates slipped off the drying rack and smashed, there was no brush to sweep up the small pieces of plate. It said in the listing that there was ‘on street parking’ but there was only single or double yellow lined areas outside. I wish I could give a 5* review but it just wasn’t what it looked like.

Great place to stay, no issues at all. Very easy to find and place was very tidy
