I stayed here with work colleagues for 5 weeks and it was prefect. The space was perfect for our group with an open plan kitchen/dining area and doors that opened out to the garden. We had all the utensils needed plus an extra fridge which came in very useful. It was super clean and everything easy to use. We managed to fit 4 cars tightly on the private drive which saved us parking elsewhere. Talisa was really helpful via message and made sure we had everything we needed. The separate washing room/utility room was really useful. Although it’s right Infront of the station car park it wasn’t noisy at night. The house was quite hot a lot of the time but there were fans in all the bedrooms. There was a nice walk to my work through the park and a supermarket a short walk up the road.

Fantastic property in a very convenient location close to the town centre. Talisa was a great host with great communication. The property was beautiful inside and out with lots of parking. I will definitely be using again when I’m visiting family in the near future. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

Talisa was such a helpful host during our family reunion trip in Braintree - she helped us get Christmas decorations to make our visit extra special and was flexible and so easy to coordinate with. We loved the location - we were able to take the train to surrounding villages and walk to the shops every day to easily cook at home. There is also a lovely walking trail near the property. The kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals throughout the trip. The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of space for our large group.

The location was superb walking distance to town shops and the train station. The house was impeccable , very spacious and convenient. No complaints. My family of 5 loved it my young adult teens loved having to not share a room and it was very quiet. We loved that we could catch a train walking across the lot and walking to the shops. Talisa was very responsive and helpful she let me know what trains to catch and the local shops and if I had any needs she was always available to meet them. We would definitely book this location again in the future.
