Great host, great location I will be using again, thanks for all your help

We’ve stayed at Tim and Caroline’s place in Verbier before and jumped at the chance to try this one while we were over in the UK. Same attention to detail, same easy communication, same lovely feel. The house is beautifully done and Old Basing is a real find. Highly recommend.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in a long time. The house is gorgeous, properly stylish but still really comfortable, the kind of place you walk into and immediately relax. Beds are great, the kitchen is a dream to cook in, and there’s space for everyone to spread out without falling over each other. Old Basing itself was a lovely surprise: quiet, pretty, with a proper village feel and a great pub a short walk away, and one of the best bakeries we’ve ever been to ! In addition to the wedding, we went to we did a day trip into Winchester and walked the ruins at Basing House, then came back to a glass of wine in the garden. Tim and Caroline have clearly thought of everything. Already trying to find an excuse to book again!
